Hi Adam I appear to be having the same problem trying to install DBD::Pg on am M1 Mac mini (running Big Sur 11.4). I tried to “configure terminal windows to use Rosetta2” in a couple of ways (https://osxdaily.com/2020/11/18/how-run-homebrew-x86-terminal-apple-silicon-mac/ & https://cutecoder.org/software/run-command-line-apple-silicon/), but still had no joy. Can you give more details of the method/commands that worked for you to successfully install DBD::Pg?
