Changes:

  Replaced duplicated code in DESTROY() with a call to disconnect().

  Removed the deprecated Enums() method from DBD::ADO::TypeInfo.

  Added t/02ads.t to test data_sources() (and removed a similar test
  from t/02simple.t).

  Removed type_info() tests from t/17conn.t.
