With Todd Zervas as someone chasing me with a riot gun full of patches
and suggestions to get everything he suggests implemented, I am very
happy to announce DBD-Unify 0.77 with a lot of fixes.

For me personally, I am real glad that $h->type_info () now acts as it
should. At least I think so. Feedback as always welcome.

In the short future, plans are to complete the testing for SQLSTATE and
fix some loading issues on SELinux
