LongTruncOK and LongTrunOk

Why does DBD::Sybase recognize attributes LongTruncOk and LongTruncOK and
DBD::Oracle only recognizes LongTruncOk?

I only tested my configuratin:  DBI 1.14 and DBD:Sybase 0.92 and DBD::Oracle
1.06

It might be nice for the DBI spec if handle attributes were case
insensitive...
