--display and --displaymode weren't working as command-line options to
dbish, so I fixed this.
I thought that --format would make more sense from the user's perspective.
Do you agree?
If you like this patch and want more help, I'd like to make .dbish_config
file-based configuration work with dbish as well. This is either broken or I
just can't figure it out.
