Connect with the attribute "CaseTableNames => 1".
NOTE, on Windows filesystems, case is always insensitive due to the OS,
but on a Unix system, with CaseTableNames set to 1, you could have
multiple distinct tables, ie. table.stb, Table.stb, and TABLE.stb.
