Oh, yes they do:-)  DBD::Oracle version (earlier) had this problem.  I
believe even some DBD::MySQL version had it (or still have it).  I've ran
into this problem numerous times working with different version that the
client had installed.  I think it has to do with dealocating the handles
before the actual disconnect, therefore in your code if you just undef the
handles, it will eliminate this error message as well.

Yes, I wasn't sure how to fix it. I'll look into it a bit further
though.

Other DBD drivers don't seem to report this, and I have no idea why not.
If anyone knows why I'd love to know.
