Welcome back, Tim! Hope you had a nice vacation. My view (if I may be so bold as to speak up once again) is that, if want exceptions from DBI (which is what I'm using HandleError for, of course), I'd like to get *only* exceptions from DBI -- at least, to the greatest extent possible. I've already written Exception::Class::DBI to handle such class exception conditions (tested in a bunch of TODO tests), but if you ultimately decide not to do this, I'll go ahead and rip that stuff out.
