Yes, 201 > 30, so that is going to be a problem. The new version model implicitly splits directly entered floating-point versions at three decimal place intervals. If you want to change that to

use DBI 1.21;

it will work with bleadperl. There is not much that I can do, since that DBI version predates all of my work, and doesn't follow the current version model.
