Naturally, DBD::Pg uses DBIh_EVENT2 in a couple of places:

DBIh_EVENT2(h, ERROR_event, DBIc_ERR(imp_xxh), DBIc_ERRSTR(imp_xxh));

But I imagine we can purge these, if necessary.
