Hellow,
My perl script (.pl) is running in my pc (win98
with pws ) internet explorar. But it is showing all
the script in the browser. If I change the permission
of the virtual directory of PWS to execute only then
the IE is not opening the perl script saying that read
access denied. If I change the permission of the
virtual directory to read and execute both in PWS then
it is showing the perl script ( which I have written )
in the .pl file. Moreover, it is not substituting the
value of the variable used in .pl file ($variable).
But when I run it in Command prompt with the command
perl filename ,it is running well. It is substituting
the value of the variable ($variable)also.
Please help me to run the .pl file in browser correctly.
