I ran across what might be a bug in DBD::Pg
In the file Pg.pm line 911 I think the line
$version = pg_server_version( $dbh );
should be
$version = DBD::Pg::pg_server_version( $dbh );
I received an error on this line when I upgraded
from version 1.21 to 1.22.
