Google's no help, and I don't see an explicit statement one way or the other in the POD, so...
I'm getting DBD::Teradata UNICODE ready,
and need a clarification:
Should $sth->{PRECISION} return the length of
CHAR/VARCHAR fields as bytes or characters ?
I see type_info's COLUMN_SIZE attribute is for bytes...
should I infer the same for PRECISION ?
