Guess I should mention: When I don't open any connections in the "main" thread before spawning threads, the problem doesnt occur (ie, the threads don't walk on each other with install_method).
The problem only happens when the main thread opens a connection, and then spawns some threads that also open connections. Dean Arnold Presicient Corp. www.presicient.com
