the only extra change is to enable bind_param/execute using overloaded values.
I wanted to get this done because it affects Class::DBI users.
Again, I don't think you need to download it if you've already got an earlier RC.
That's the last change I plan to make, unless I get word of any bugs, so please
give it a whirl and try to break it for me :)
All being well I plan to announce the release candidate URL on dbi-users tomorrow
and then dbi-announce on Friday.
