unified test suite - Rosetta functional release imminent

This email is a follow-up to my emails of July 8th and 9th, on the 
subject "Re: DBI Driver Developers BoF at OSCON?", where I brought up 
my Rosetta perl module as a candidate point of departure for a new 
unified test suite for DBI drivers.

While I initially said it was going to be, I now admit that the first 
functional (and proven functional), release of Rosetta will not be 
uploaded prior to the DBI Driver Developers BoF at OSCON (it is 
currently pre-alpha).  But it should still be uploaded during this 
week.

Meanwhile, this email is meant to serve as a reminder of my proposal, 
prior to the BoF, should there be a place to bring it up during the 
meeting.

Another email will be forthcoming after an actual upload, which *may* 
be in time for the DBI Users BoF.
