Yeap. It's in the DBI svn repository, it's not not included in releases 
currently:

Go for it!

Some things to note... the "The plan" section at the top of Multiplex.pm
(which is partially implemented), the use of _load_logic(), and the fact
that the docs are out of date.

Once you've got some idea how it works and the principles behind it
I suggest writing tests for it and then updating the docs.
