Since the first was straightforward, and the windows fork issue has been resolved (thanks Jan!) I've applied the first patch and uploaded a trial release for cpantesters to chew on. Thanks Dave. I'll look more closely at the second this week. I won't apply it till we've discussed any issues (which are most likely to be around how to minimize the pain of synchronized updates of DBI and drivers). It might even make sense to support both old and new mechanisms for a while. There's also the mro_meta_init issue. Tim.
