$ git branch -a
* master
  remotes/origin/HEAD -> origin/master

You did not push the tags. Pushing tags is off by default.
As my SS-svn doesn't have these branches, I cannot identify the tags

If you push that repo again with tags, I'll move them over to the new
repo
