Peter / Merijn - you both said, you would care about config file etc.
Please do so :)

Further, I rewrote the most important 3 test cases from Joakim (no one else
cares :/), but I would at the moment ignore the rest for going to DBI and
SQL::Statement.

My next goal I want to reach for DBI::Test are:

- rewrite dbi/t/10examp.t, 12quote.t, … (choosing some nice ones …)
- rewrite and flexible dbi/t/49..52*.t (DBD::File and DBD::DBM tests)

- rewrite some SQL::Statement tests using DBI::Test (especially for
   extending the xy_ok() stuff - with is_deeply support etc.

@Tim, Peter (and when back from holiday Merijn): There is help needed!
First in thinking, than in doing ;)
