Hi, I don't know if that is the right list to ask but the right people are probably here.
I wonder what is the reason to use server prepared statements by default in DBD::Pg. What are the benefits? For what I have seen so far, all my queries are replanned every time. I haven't seen a generalized plan yet. I am asking out of curiosity, not because I have any problem with it. And I know how to forbid server prepared statements. Thanks, Torsten
