Under Win32 use 'nmake'.  I'm not sure if the link below is the most up to
date version or whether it will work under XP.

I have downloaded DBI-1.18 from internet.I have simply used the instructions
you have mentionedin the readme file like below:
 
perl Makefile.pl
 
 
I also used Active Perl and it worked fine and the file which I have
attached to this letter, was generated. but when I typed:
 
make
 
a windows error occured which says 'make' is recognized as an internal or
external command !!! I think there is no executeable file by name make were
generated. I also used nmake and dmake and it was same result.
I use Windows XP platform. Can you please help me ?
