That's not good! I wonder why Sybase changed the directory layout for the x86_64 platform. Did you set the BUILD_TYPE=64 in CONFIG? Could you also please send me (not the list) a full ls -lR of your Sybase installation so that I can figure out what changes I need to apply to the config/build?
