You are probably doing most of what I would want. Updated DB information.
For instance we now have SQLite (growing in popularity it seems). To be
honest it is the examples more than anything I look at. I find the first
book very well organized. Classify my level as a beginner to Perl and DBI. I
will look through the book and see if I can cull some ideas for you.
