I need some help and I have been unable to get and answer to my problem. I have searched the web with no luck.

I am getting an error when I try to connect to an Oracle Rdb database running on a VAX machine. We are running Perl 5.6.1; DBD-ODBC 1.04; DBI 1.34; Oracle ODBC Rdb driver on Windows 2000 running IIS. The Data Source is being dynamically built in the Perl code (not using System DSNs). I try to connect to the database on the VAX via IE and get the following error:

[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Invalid string or buffer length (SQL-S1090) (DBD: db_login/SQLConnect err=1/
IDT::Model::getModels('IDT::Model=HASH(0x19fd7c8)') called at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\idtdat\cgi-bin\idt_query.pl
Main::setDatabase() called at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\idtdat\cgi-bin\idt_query.pl line37

The connect works fine at 2 locations and failed at a third location. Can somebody tell me what causes this problem?

Thanks!
-Joe.
