We had Oracle upgraded from 8.1.7 to 9.2, but still keep the DBD:Oracle 1.14. After "perl Makefile.PL", "make",we had the error message: ld: Can't find library: "qsmashr" *** Error exit code 1 (2) I downloaded the latest DBD:Oracle 1.16 RC7 from your suggested site, saved it to my local pc, then tried to unzip it by Winzip, it won't open.
