An Oracle "tablespace" has a completely different meaning from what
you think. PostgreSQL just added tablespaces, and they are in no
way related to the concept of a database there either.
 
FWIW, I added some code so the next version of DBD::Pg will accept
any of "db", "dbname", or "database" inside the dsn. :)
