I am having difficulty making and make testing DBD::Oracle.

Here are files with detailed info which is asked for in the README file;

My Oracle client is 8.0.5.  I know that's old, but the local Mr. Oracle says 
that's how it is.

The important part is when I do make test, I get the following error;
