I must be doing something wrong or there has to be a better way?
I have compiled the dbi module it some how sucks in the path for the
oracle libclntsh.so.8.0 and now when ever we move our database to another
server I have to recompile or I get the following:

Compilation failed in require at (eval 1) line 3.
Is there way around this?
