Installing DBD::Sybase

When I install DBD::Sybase I get the following error, when running make.

make: *** No rule to make target `/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.6
/i386-linux/CORE/EXTERN.h', needed by `Sybase.o'.  STOP.
/usr/bin/make  -- NOT OK

What am I missisng?
