If you use ActivePerl 5.8 you can install it by ppm install http://jenda.krynicky.cz/perl/DBD-Sybase.ppd (version 1.09) Sorry, I do not a have version compiled for 5.10. You will of course need to install the Sybase Open Client DLLs as well.
