Hi Nguyen, I guess your aim behind downloading these files is install the DBI module and related packages.
Why don't you get the required modules through PPM (in case you are on Windoze) A good tutorial to use PPM can be found over here - http://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=434813 And in case you are on Linux you can use 'cpan' command to install the required modules.
