Hi Jens,

i don't need prebuilt packages, but a working config.sh...

It seems difficult to find such a thing, even on more mac-like pages like 
fink and macports...

Looks as you are not very familiar with compiler and linker flags. I
suggest you use pkgsrc (http://www.pkgsrc.org/) to build your Perl and
DBI.
