Sorry not to get back to you right away but to day I had sme free cycles so I had a look at it.
The warnings on the compile are very odd haven't seen those before. They are waring on a pointer to some of the key struc in the system and if really was a problem I doubt anything would run. No answer for you sorry as I cannot debug this without having access to your box directly. The only suggestion would be give a different version of DBD.Oracle a try. 1.24 and then 1.20 to see if it still runs into the problem. Could also be a bad install of Apache DBI or even you Oracle client.
