I do not have DBI_DSN set but I use "dbi:Pg:database=whatever".
I receive no error message, simply nothing.
I am digging deeper for DBI or Pg - do not know yet - drops  a segfault in a
tested piece of code, so perhaps the problem is somewhere in the dark
corners of the Earth.
