it means the mod_perl binary your perl script is calling is barfing
a few things to check:
if your application stack is singleton are you mixing in multithreaded libraries
if your appliication stack is multithreaded are you mixing in singleton
libraries
if your application stack 32 bit are you mixing in 64bit libraries
if your application stack is 64bit are you mixing in 32bit libraries?
it appears determining the solution may take a while ..a good thing cognizant
charges T&M!
