Also, I've found out that I've been lacking some chemicals in my body that have been causing me anxiety. I lacked cerotonen. and I am feeling better since taking the saint john's wart. I've been taking vitiman D3 and multivitimans every day. I juwst have to share with you all. I had some down time so came in here and could write to you. Of course you'll not receive this until later because I have to forward it from my account at home. But know I'm thinking of you all and thankful for all the prayers and support.
