Thought Of The Day

Happiness is often the result of being too busy to be miserable.

Oh, Majestic sunrise

Oh, majestic sunrise,
Dazzling us with a feeling of awe and holiness seen by our eyes.
A feeling of reassurance enters our souls,
For it is the victory of the sunrise that enable us to succeed, overcome and
achieve dreamful goals.
In times of darkness and despair,
Knowing the sun will rise tomorrow is a symbol of hope and an answer to a
heartfelt prayer.
Optimism stems from sunrises,
Joy, mirth fill our heart and also surprises.
For sunrises are sanctified by God to heal a weary heart,
Knowing He is always guiding and caring for us,
kindles us with the Divine love and sacred spark,
in sunrises glimmers and sparkles of radiant holy light.

Poetry

Poetry, indeed, cannot be translated; and, therefore, it is the poets that
preserve the languages; for we would not be at the trouble to learn a language
if we could have all that is written in it just as well in a translation.

But as the beauties of poetry cannot be preserved in any language except that
in which it was originally written, we learn the language.

Samuel Johnson, lexicographer (1709-1784)

from Tandy

Happiness is often the result of being too busy to be miserable.
