On April third, I had a stressful time, The day was stormy and devoid of spiritual contentment and physical sunshine. To Kennedy Airport for a medical exam I was transported, For renewal of access/Ride paratransit, recertification I had to be awarded. Walking down a long hallway unfamiliar to me, Provoked a bit of inseccurity. Assending and desending unfamiliar and steep steps was indeed not easy, It was a maneuver that was not pleasing for me. I was asked to read a printed page, My heart filled up with silent rage. A person who is totally blind not a thing she can see, So reading printed words from a sign or book, were absolutely unrealistic, foolish or impossible for me. Being asked foolish questions, was indeed no pleasure, I did not savor the time in any measure. I waited 21 days to receive the letter of recertification, and in the mail today, it did appear, My heart sang and my face was glowing with sunshine cheer. So, the worry is gone for five years, No longer do I have problems or need to experience unwarranted fears.
