I'm not crying wolf either. something very serious has happened to my BRailleNote. I need some advice, instructions, anything at all. this is very urgent as it is unusable the way it is now. First my right middle thumb key that is supposed to advance the display one line forward keeps writing the number 2 and my number 2 is no longer working, but it isn't advancing the braille display either. I did not reassign keys. Uh--at least I didn't knowingly do it on purpose. At any rate, besides the braille display's malfunction, when I use the function with O for options and then hit u for user's guide, it says, "cannot find table of contents," and freezes to the point that I have to do a reset. I actually needed my brailleNote for tomorrow. It was ***Very*** important I have it as I was both going to read songs and scripture from it tomorrow and up in front. My husband and I were supposed to lead worship tomorrow. The stupid thing was just fine. So... Am I in a twist??? You bet. Do I need to calm down? Maybe. However I don't have an immediate answer for what to do and I'm not sure what to do. I have to write a quick email explaining to them my problem. I'm going to go to bed and be up in a few hours now. However, if you know how to get me out of this mess... Please help? Yes, I did cross post a message. Yes, it will be on many lists.
