Last week on Focus on the Family I heard a real good story of forgiveness. Adolf Coors visited the man, who had killed his dad seventeen years earlier, in prison to be a witness of Jesus Christ to him.. ----- Original Message ----- From: Marcie Bogan To: [email protected] Sent: Monday, July 13, 2009 10:36 PM Subject: {dbilg} Yes, of course.
Hello,
Addison, I thank you once again for this one and oh yeah I should have put in
that while I was at the Lake Hamilton Bible Camp, the guy (Jim Landry) said
that I must forgive my father and of a sudden, I found it real tough to do that
was because I was fighting against something who did not want me to say the
words, (I forgive my father) that I knew it was not from me at all. If someone
has a difficulty forgiving someone else then it means that they are actually
fighting against any evil spirits who don't want to lose their grip on this
person. I did not think about that until I got ready today so now I know for
sure. It was really weird, that was for sure! But I was totally determined to
be set free, though! Well, I do recall after the Camp experience thing, I did
find it a bit more easier to forgive, hmm. I finally finished searching through
my stuff to see what needed to get rid of. Well, I got rid of that sword. I did
not realize that it was causing trouble for me, really. I went to a place to
get rid of because I knew that I could not melt it down and also did not want
others to have it, either. I knew that a company had that technology to melt
stuff down which would be a scrap dealer so to speak. I got only $5 but I did
not care about that amount. I knew that once it was melted down, then the curse
would be broken for good! I got rid of some more stuff and I know that I will
have to search through my stuff once again to see what needs to get rid of.
Anyway, I got one poster and one wall trapsety something that has scriptures on
it. No graven images that means animals, statues, other stuff. The Ten
Commandments still applies no matter what and I know that when everything is
done, then these will go something like that in the New Testament. Gee, I guess
others are still working on my long email expect for you and Carleta something.
I learned some stuff that I never knew that really shocked me. I think I might
be able to make it to PriceCutter but not sure since it like 30 minutes on foot
over there from where I live, though. I think they close at 11 pm or maybe I
will wait until later on. Well, may God give you what you need for today then.
Sincerely,
Marcie
