Yes, but who is authorized to do that training?  I'll give you a hint: it is 
not "Bible college" or a "seminary."  All Christians must be taught within the 
authority of the local church.  "And the things that thou hast heard of me 
among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able 
to teach others also" (Second Timothy 2:2).
