The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in time of trouble.

Dear Addison,
When you feel overwhelmed with stress, or worry, know that the Lord is always
with His Children, guiding, protecting, comforting, and Ministering to them.
Further He listens to our prayers as well.
Now what is worry anyway but the opposite of faith, and you may build you faith
by studying God's Word. For it is written;
faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word
of Christ. ( Romans 10:17 )
Thus the Prophet Isaiah wrote; You come to the help of those who gladly do
right, who remember your ways ( Isaiah 64:5 ) After all; He performs wonders
that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted. (Job 5:9 )
So, Addison, Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. (
Colossians 4:2) For; The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
Amen.
