Who is Brave
by: Cynthia Groopman
We often wonder and think,
Who is brave?
One whose life he did sacrifice and gave.
a person who overcomes obstacles in his life's path,
Never complaining and being bitter and angry in the resulting aftermath.
A smile when there is intense pain,
Optimism flourishing when there is stress and strain.
Risking one's life to save another,
being a keeper to a sister or brother.
Helping a stranger with a hand of love,
being an angel from God above.
Walking with head held high in a world of total darkness.
Guided with God's spiritual light and zest.
For having an unconquerable soul is a sign of being brave and having resolve to
carry on,
For God is forever with us in our hearts protecting us and comforting us in
times of danger and harm.
