But the salvation of the righteous is
from the Lord; He is their strength in
the time of trouble. And the Lord shall
help them and deliver them; He shall
deliver them from the wicked, And
save them, Because they trust in Him.
( Psalms 37:39-40 *NKJV )
Dear Addison,
We all have troubles in our life from time to time. Even
King David did, however he always turned to God for help,
for he knew that God was always with him. David wrote;
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You
will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand
against the wrath of my enemies, And Your
right hand will save me. ( Psalms 138:7 )
Our Heavenly Father is always with us as well, and
just like David; God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. ( Psalms 46:1 )
So Addison, when troubles surround you; Be strong
and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid
of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One
who goes with you. He will not leave you nor
forsake you. ( Deuteronomy 31:6 )
Therefore; Blessed be the God and Father of
our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and
God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our
tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those
who are in any trouble, with the comfort with
which we ourselves are comforted by God.
Amen ( 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 )
