Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles!
          Laud Him, all you peoples!
             ( Psalms 117:1 *NKJV )

Dear Addison,
Now *[laud] means, "to speak well of." The Hebrew word for
*[Gentiles] means all people except Jews.

Now this Psalm of praise to God is for His unlimited love,
for all of the people throughout the entire World!

For His merciful kindness is great toward us,
And the truth of the Lord endures forever.
Praise the Lord! ( Psalms 117:2 )

Addison, would you believe those two verses are the entire
117 PSALM? For it is the shortest Chapter in the entire Bible!

Now I ask you, have you ever said to yourself, "I can't think of
anything God has done for me, so how can I praise Him?" Well,
this very short Psalm gives us two reasons for praising our
Heavenly Father: His love toward us, and His faithfulness that
endures forever.

Therefore just think if God did nothing else for us, He would still
be worthy of our highest praise because of all the Blessings He
has already given to us! So, Praise the Lord! For it is
good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant,
and praise is beautiful. Indeed! Amen.
( Psalms 147:1 )
