I suspected that it was data dependant, and was surprised at how easily
I could provoke this bug with the test database. Still, having a test
for 2 level pre-fetch in the joins test code can only help expose these
problems and any future regressions :-/ .
I'm frankly amazed we're not already twigging it in a test somewhere. Sigh.
I'm looking at it, expect me to put out a call for testing as soon as I get it
working.
