If you're using Catalyst, this is a question for the Catalyst list.
Otherwise you should consult with the list for the framework you are
using, as DBIx::Class is not related to what you are trying to do.
DBIx::Class is an Object-Relational Mapper for conveniently accessing
databases in Perl. It does not deal directly with URLs.
