Personally I consider load_namespaces to deprecate it.

Oleg's patch doesn't have tests and still nobody's fixed the subclassing issue.

Other than that I'm unaware of any bugs but I've always recommended against
it - it's only really still in there at all for the people foolish enough
to have used it already.

Can somebody go through the docs and remove any references to it?
