I found the following the neatest way to do this:

I can just put that in Schema.pm after the "DO NOT MODIFY THIS OR
ANYTHING ABOVE!" line and forget about it. No need to remember to
specify additional options on the dbicdump command line when I need
to update the schema some time later.
